Vladimir Kurakov, who lives in Dimitrovgrad, held his first photographic exhibition in Moscow in 1999.
He has established an original approach to making photographs using colored under-lighting.
He includes with each of his photographs the explanation,
"Made NOT using a digital camera, and WITHOUT computer formatting."
His works are highly valued in the capital, and now can be found in various magazines.
